  • Chi graduated with a master's degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Melbourne during the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020. In these challenging times, Chi, like many other Vietnamese international students in Australia, faced uncertainties about post-graduation directions and the added challenge of seeking employment amidst the pandemic.

With a passion for branding in the FMCG sector, Chi spent the past three years carefully building her startup, FOODELI, creating food products that carry the rich essence of Vietnamese culinary culture. "FOODELI PHỞ GÁNH HÀ NỘI" and "FOODELI MÌ CHŨ BẮC GIANG" are the first product lines in her journey, each representing distinctive regional Vietnamese dishes, extending their influence both within the nation and beyond its borders. For Chi, the past three years have been far from easy, but fueled by a strong hope, meticulous preparation, and a branding zeal, she has persevered with renewed determination each day.

At present, Chi has successfully established FOODELI as a domestic brand and has taken its flavors and Vietnamese culinary stories to international markets such as Australia, Russia, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vanuatu, and European countries. In Australia, her products are available in over 400 retail outlets across major states like NSW and Queensland, with an upcoming expansion to Melbourne, Victoria.
