    Liam Tran is a highly dedicated Division 1 Registered Nurse with extensive clinical leadership experience in aged care and community health. Currently serving as a Clinical Lead at Fronditha Care, Liam provides oversight to ensure safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care while mentoring and empowering multidisciplinary teams.

    With a career spanning acute care, community services, and aged care, Liam has developed strong expertise in compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, infection prevention, and risk management. His leadership journey includes roles as Clinical Care Coordinator at Estia Health, Community Health Nurse at Central Bayside Community Health Services, and earlier clinical practice in the Intensive Care Unit at Monash Hospital.

    Passionate about continuous improvement and professional development, Liam has led audits, policy development, and workforce planning initiatives that drive best practice and enhance client outcomes. Known for his resilience and compassion, he is deeply committed to improving the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of every individual under his care.

    Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne

    With a profound passion for mental health and well-being, Minh Dung Hoang Le is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist who has worked across multiple countries, including the United States, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

    His career has spanned a wide range of diverse environments - from community health centres and corporate offices to NGOs and hospitals - providing him with a unique, global perspective on mental health. He is also actively engaged in public outreach, having delivered numerous community-facing talks to raise awareness about mental health among various audiences.

    Minh Dung holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical & Community Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (Land of the Peoria & Illinois Peoples, USA), and is currently completing his Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne (Land of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung & Boon Wurrung Peoples, Australia).

    Bachelor of Pharmacy at RMIT University

    Tran Cong Nhat is a passionate final-year Pharmacy student at RMIT University, set to graduate in June 2026. Throughout his academic journey, Nhat has actively explored the pathways of a Pharmacy career, from self-directed internships and at-home practice to gaining early work experience in the field. He is also committed to lifelong learning, having completed HSK 3 and 4 alongside his degree.

    As an energectic pharmacy student, Nhat emphasizes the value of persistence, adaptability, and practical strategies for securing jobs and maintaining professional standards. He openly shares tips on how students can combine study with career development, and how to build confidence in a competitive field.

    Beyond academics, Nhat is the creator of the TikTok channel “Anh bán thuốc”, which aims to promote public health awareness, particularly within the Vietnamese community in Australia. Through relatable and accessible content, he bridges the gap between pharmacy knowledge and everyday health practices.
